4. When the actual diameter of the wire rope is reduced by 7% or more than its nominal diameter, the wire rope will be scrapped even if there are no visible broken wires.
5. The wire rope should be scrapped if the wire rope is loose due to corrosion attack and steel loss.
6. Add a safety wire rope of the same type as that used on the hoisting mechanism at the hanging platform of the gondola. The safety rope should be suspended independently.
7. During normal operation, the safety wire rope should be in a suspended state.
8. Take protective measures for hanging basket equipment, steel wire ropes and cables during electric welding operations. Do not place the electric welding machine in the hanging basket, and the welding cable shall not contact any part of the hanging basket; and the welding tongs shall not hang on the hanging basket. It is strictly forbidden to use the hanging basket as the electric welding wire loop.
Five, installation work
★ The assembly length of the hanging basket platform must meet the product specification and specification requirements;

Six, lifting effect

★ The safety belts should be hung on independent safety ropes with safety locks during operation
★ Operators should enter and exit the basket from the ground
