1. Construction plan
★ The use of the hanging basket must have a special construction plan, and the structure of the support of the hanging basket should be checked for bearing capacity;
★ The special construction plan must be reviewed and approved.
Setup requirements:
1. Special construction plans must be prepared for the use of the hanging basket for high-altitude operations, or the bearing of the structure (usually floor or roof) at the support of the hanging basket must be checked.
2. Before the high-altitude hanging basket is constructed, the technical department of the construction enterprise shall organize the professional and technical personnel of the construction technology, safety, quality and other departments of the unit to conduct an audit. After the audit, the technical person in charge of the construction enterprise shall sign and affix the official seal of the unit legal person. It will be reported to the supervising enterprise, and the project supervisory engineer will review, sign and affix the qualification registration seal.

2. Safety device
★ The hanging basket must be equipped with a sensitive and reliable anti-falling safety lock
★ The use of the anti-falling safety lock should be within the specified calibration period

Setup requirements:
1. The hanging basket for high altitude operations must be equipped with an effective anti-falling safety lock.
2. The calibration validity date of the safety lock is generally not more than 12 months.
3. The anti-falling transposition of the hanging basket can only be used after being calibrated by the legal testing agency. In the process of use, the user should periodically test its limitation and reliability.
4. When the operating speed of the suspended platform reaches the speed of the safety lock rope, it can automatically lock the safety rope and stop within a distance of no more than 200mm.

★ A special safety rope and safety lock should be set on the hanging basket, and the safety rope should be fixed in a reliable position of the building

Setup requirements:
1. The safety rope is provided with a safety lock for personnel to hang the safety belt, and the safety rope should be separately fixed in a reliable position of the building.
2. The safety rope should use nylon safety rope, and the whole rope should be hung, and it should not be used for extended length. When the rope is a multi-strand rope, the number of strands should not be less than 3 strands, and there should be no loose wires at the end of the rope. When approaching welding, cutting, heat sources, etc., the safety rope should be protected. All parts should be smooth and free of material or manufacturing defects No sharp corners or sharp edges.
3. The diameter of the safety rope must be within the range of the safety lock calibrated rope diameter, and the safety lock must be sensitive and reliable. A safety lock can only be mounted by one person.

Three, suspension mechanism
★ The support of the building or structure should be able to bear the full weight of the hanging basket, and the front support of the suspension mechanism should not be supported on the parapet wall or the edge of the eaves
★ The external elongation of the front beam meets the requirements of the product manual
★ The front support is perpendicular to the supporting surface, and the upper support should be fixed at the node where the adjustment rod of the front support and the cantilever beam are connected

Setup requirements:
1. The force exerted by the suspension mechanism on the top surface of the building or the structure should meet the load-bearing requirements of the building structure.
2. The external elongation of the front beam should meet the requirements of the product specification.

★ Use dedicated weights that meet the design requirements

Setup requirements:
1. The hanging mechanism of the hanging basket or the roof trolley must be equipped with appropriate counterweights, and sandbags, bricks and other objects cannot be substituted.
2. The weight of the counterweight should meet the requirements of the product manual, and it should be fixed and set up to prevent unauthorized movement.

Four, wire rope
★ Both the work wire rope and the safety wire rope shall not have broken wires, loose strands, hard bends, rust or oily adhesions
★ The specification and model of the safety wire rope are the same as the working wire rope, and should be suspended independently
★ Take corresponding measures to protect the wire rope during electric welding

Setup requirements:
1. The gondola should use high-strength, galvanized, and flexible wire ropes. The gondola wire rope should be selected according to the operating conditions and the breaking force S of the wire rope. The selected wire rope must meet the requirements of GB 8902 for the climbing type; for the hoisting type Must meet the requirements of GB 1102, and must have a product performance certificate.
2. In any case, the actual diameter of the load-bearing wire rope should not be less than 6mm.
3. The wire rope must not have defects such as broken wires, loose strands, hard bends, rust, etc. or oily dirt attachments.
4. When the actual diameter of the wire rope is reduced by 7% or more than its nominal diameter, the wire rope will be scrapped even if there are no visible broken wires.
5. The wire rope should be scrapped if the wire rope is loose due to corrosion attack and steel loss.
6. Add a safety wire rope of the same type as that used on the hoisting mechanism at the hanging platform of the gondola. The safety rope should be suspended independently.
7. During normal operation, the safety wire rope should be in a suspended state.
8. Take protective measures for hanging basket equipment, steel wire ropes and cables during electric welding operations. Do not place the electric welding machine in the hanging basket, and the welding cable shall not contact any part of the hanging basket; and the welding tongs shall not hang on the hanging basket. It is strictly forbidden to use the hanging basket as the electric welding wire loop.

Five, installation work
★ The assembly length of the hanging basket platform must meet the product specification and specification requirements;
★ The accessories of the hanging basket must be products of the same manufacturer.

Setup requirements:
1. The minimum channel width in the hanging basket platform is not less than 400mm, and the effective area of the bottom plate is not less than 0.25m2 per person.
2. For hanging baskets with a hanging height of 60m or less, a hanging basket platform with a side length of no more than 7.5m should be used; for hanging heights of 100m or less, a hanging basket platform with a side length of no more than 5.5m should be used; For those above 100m, a gondola platform with a side length not greater than 2.5m should be used.

Six, lifting effect
★ The personnel operating the lifting basket should be trained and qualified before operation
★ There should be no more than 2 operators in the hanging basket, and the total load of people and goods should not exceed the load requirements
★ The safety belts should be hung on independent safety ropes with safety locks during operation
★ Operators should enter and exit the basket from the ground
Setup requirements:
1. The operating personnel of the hanging basket shall be trained and qualified before the operation before they can engage in the lifting operation of the hanging basket.
2. There should be no more than 2 operators in the gondola, and the total load of people and goods should not exceed the load requirements.
3. The safety belts of the operators in the hanging basket should always be hung on the independent special safety rope buckle.
4. Operators should enter and exit from the ground when entering and exiting the gondola. When they cannot enter and exit from the ground, the design and construction of the building should consider measures that facilitate the safe installation and use of the gondola and safe entry and exit of the staff.

Seven, confession and acceptance
★ After the hanging basket is installed, the acceptance procedure shall be carried out, and the acceptance form shall be signed and confirmed by the responsible person
★ The content of acceptance should be quantified
★ Before installation and use, the operator should make a statement and keep a written record
★ Check before and after work every day
Setup requirements:
1. After the hanging basket is installed at the construction site, the whole machine should be tested.
2. After the hanging basket is installed, the construction unit and the supervision unit shall organize relevant personnel for acceptance. Those that have passed the inspection can be used only after being signed by the project technical person in charge of the construction unit and the project chief management engineer.
3. The content of acceptance should have specific quantitative data.
4. The operating personnel should make a written safety report before using the hanging basket, and keep the record of the report.
5. The hanging basket must be inspected before and after work every day.

8. Safety protection
★ Protective railings should be arranged around the platform of the hanging basket, and foot guards should be installed at the bottom

Setup requirements:
1. There are fixed safety handrails around the hanging basket platform. The height of the working face guardrail is not less than 800mm, and the height of the rest is not less than 1100mm. The guardrail should be able to withstand a horizontal concentrated load of 1000N.
2. A baffle with a height of not less than 150mm should be installed around the bottom of the platform of the hanging basket, and the gap between the baffle and the bottom should not be greater than 5mm.
3. When installing overhead transmission lines and using the gondola, the safe distance between any part of the gondola and the high-voltage transmission line should not be less than 10 meters. If there is a high-voltage transmission line within 10 meters, isolation measures should be taken in accordance with the current industry standard "Technical Specification for Temporary Power Use at Construction Site" JGJ46.
4. Relevant measures should be taken to avoid multi-layer or three-dimensional crossing operations for hanging basket operations.

Nine, the hanging basket is stable
★ There should be anti-swing measures when working on the hanging basket
★ The wire rope should be vertical, and the distance between the hanging basket and the structure should not be too large

Setup requirements:
1. The hanging basket should have anti-sway measures during use.
2. The wire rope of the hanging basket should be vertical when in use, and the longitudinal inclination angle should not be greater than 8 degrees.
3. The horizontal distance (gap) between the hanging basket and the building during work should not be too large (not more than 150mm is recommended), and wall wheels or guiding devices or buffer devices should be set.

10. Load
★ The construction load of the hanging basket should meet the plan and design requirements
★ The load should be evenly distributed during construction

Setup requirements:
1. The load requirements of the hanging basket must meet the design requirements, and the material and personnel in the hanging basket should not exceed the regulations.
2. Stacking materials and equipment should not be too concentrated to prevent uneven load.
3. The rated load and precautions should be clearly indicated on the hanging basket.
4. It is forbidden to use the hanging basket as a vertical transportation device.
